Working Principle

The following steps summarize how a collaborative palletizer works:

  • Put the pallet into place and fix it;
  • Connect the power, add a conveyor sensor, and attach air to the EOAT;
  • Enter pallet dimensions, case name, dimensions, and weights on the touch screen, defining your recipe;
  • Use the drag-and-drop configurator to build palletizing patterns for each layer;
  • Press the start button;
  • The palletizing cobot starts to work according to preset patterns.

Speed

The cobot palletizing speed is about 10 boxes per minute, and the Robotiq cobot palletiser can reach 13 boxes per minute.
